2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee - My best friend
Absolutely classy car, rides smoothly everyday, and it's very spacious and comfortable. I love it.
Story
One day I was getting of school and driving down an intersection, and I saw a couple of kids run down to get a ball. My eyes were removed for a split second and did not see the kid advance. Good thing I had the object detection on, which alerted me to the kid being right in front of my car.
Pros
Smooth driving, spacious, very sturdy and balanced. Steers very well. The sound system is state of the art. The comfortable leather seats make for excellent driving. The dealership I bought it from is very helpful too. They fix every little knock on the car as soon as I report it to them.
Cons
Might be too big for some people, navigation system needs improving, air filtration system is a bit slow at first. The engine is massive and low laying with little to no protection. The car is curved so might be harder to park in tight spaces.
2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee - Comfortable with excellent appearance, impeccable.
It's good for long trips with family... very comfortable, plenty of power and everything fits. It is bad for narrow sites or with requirements or curves that demand good turn. The body joins with a something called uniframe, then the torsion forces generated by the flexions in a terrain make the entire body suffer, directly impacting the overall adjustment of the truck!
Story
I went on a family trip to Utah, and we had an incredible time. Many beautiful memories in that car.
Pros
It has leather upholstery and heated front seats, electrically folding mirrors, bi-zone climate control, body color bumpers, wood applications on the dashboard, 17"wheels and Quadra drive traction system as standard.
Cons
Parts are a bit expensive, especially in facias, lamps, headlights, and doors.
