2012 Jeep Patriot - Best quality for the price
I enjoy this vehicle very much. It has a very compact look, which I like, but it also has ample leg room for the backseat passengers. I am often told that this Jeep looks small but once you get inside it is spacious. It is great on gas mileage and reasonable to keep maintained. The body style is stylish and clean looking. The fog light detail is incredible because I often commute to work early in the morning and this feature is nice. The one thing I dislike about this vehicle is the cloth interior. I did not upgrade on this detail when I purchased the vehicle and I seriously wish I had.
Story
We have recently started bike riding, and this vehicle is awesome to transport our bikes with. It easily lets you hook up a bike mount to carry up to four bikes, and we take this Jeep everywhere!
Pros
This vehicle is small and compact. It has a great design and nice features such as four-wheel drive and fog lights. This vehicle is also great on gas and easy to drive. It is a smooth ride that is comfortable to both the driver and passengers. I like that it has an output cable so I can stream music off of my smart phone. It is not a fully loaded vehicle, but it has all or most of the options I actually use on a daily basis.
Cons
I wish this vehicle had a bigger back hatch area. I often take a stroller with me, and it usually takes up the whole back area. I also wish that the back passenger seat was wider. When an extra passenger has to sit in the middle of this seat, it is often cramped and would not be comfortable to sit for long periods of time.
2013 Jeep Patriot -
The Jeep Patriot is one of the best vehicles I have ever owned. It is reliable and requires no more than routine maintenance. It gets great gas mileage, and the four-wheel drive is fantastic for Minnesota winters.
Story
I have taken the Jeep on several vacations with my boys. It is a great truck for pulling a small boat or camper. It comfortably seats five people plus a lot of luggage or camping supplies. The four-wheel drive is great for launching and retrieving a boat. You will not have to worry about getting stuck even in loose sand on a beach.
Pros
It is four-wheel drive with a V-6, so it is like a truck but gets much better mileage. The cost of ownership is relatively low because of the mileage and overall reliability.
