This vehicle is so much fun to drive. Its rugged design makes it perfect for driving down rugged, unpaved backroads. It is excellent for those warm summer days to get away from the reality of everyday life. I love that mine has a removable hard top that makes it practical to drive during the colder months. The bad part is that its hard to store a hard top and if its removed, rainy weather is an unwelcome problem. It is a little louder than most vehicles, but once the top is off, it's not very noticeable. It's not as smooth as some other vehicles and a bit smaller on the inside. I like the inclusion of a roll bar, as it is a major safety feature. I was originally concerned since I had heard the horror stories of their likelihood to roll over. Fortunately, I haven't had any issues with m... (more)
Story
My boyfriend drove it when we visited Helen for our first road trip together. It felt very liberating.
Pros
I love that it's rugged and can be driven anywhere, but has a nice look to it. It's very versatile. I like that the doors can be taken off during the summer to enjoy the full open experience.
Cons
It can be pretty loud and doesn't offer very much room. I worry about having my niece and nephew in the vehicle when the hard top is off since it could be a potential roll hazard.

The Jeep Wrangler Sport is too expensive for what it is. The gas mileage is terrible compared to how much power it has. It is short on comfort features, there is very little space, and it rides badly. I don't think Jeep Wranglers are bad vehicles exactly, but the people who buy and enjoy them do so for very specific reasons (they like driving off-road and/or with the top down) that the average person probably won't value as highly. I believe that you are paying more for the Jeep name and Wrangler image than other vehicles.
Story
Driving with the top down through the woods on my way to go hunting was very enjoyable.
Pros
It is fun to drive off road, and you can take the top down easily. You can still buy it with a manual transmission, and it gives the driver that cool "Jeep" image.
Cons
There are very few comfort and convenience options inside the vehicle. It gets worse gas mileage than you would think it should given the engine. There is very little interior space. The body panels seem low quality. The plastic windows on the soft top model are very hard to keep looking good, and most importantly, it is just too expensive for what you get.

My family and I have bought a total of six cars from this specific CarMax. We prefer this place because we have never felt pressure to buy a car from this place. They listen to what we want and if we ask to see a specific car and for some reason it doesn't work out or we can't afford it, they don't try to pressure us into buying something we don't want. I have been to a dealership with my brother and when they didn't have the specific car he wanted to see, they kept trying to convince him to buy a car that was no where similar to what he was looking for. No hassle and no pressure from CarMax. What you see is what you get and that takes the pressure and need to negotiate or feel duped away.
