2004 Kia Optima - Mediocre
When I first received my vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised at how well it drove. It accommodated my family nicely. Over the years there have been multiple problems, so I can honestly say that I'm not sure that I would be purchasing a Kia Optima again. However, I still have had a relatively decent experience overall.
Story
Our family took our first vacation in this car. We only had about a three hour drive, but the car was quite comfortable along the way. The trunk is spacious enough for everything that we needed to travel with.
Pros
The best features of the Optima for me would be the spaciousness of it. It can fit four to five people comfortably. I also like the fold down console in the back seat that offers cup holders and a place to hold other items. Also, for having such a large gas tank (compare to my previous vehicle), the Optima does get fairly good gas mileage.
Cons
The top complaints would be that about a year or so after purchasing, we started having problems with the steering console. The dealership did fix the problem, however the problem returned a second time. After the second fix it has not occurred again. My other complaint would be that there is an issue with the rotors. My husband is a mechanic and is continually frustrated with the extremely fast wear and need to replace the rotors.
2006 Kia Optima - Gas saver with nice options
What I liked about my KIA optima LX 2006 was that it was not expensive, and it saved me gas compared to my previous vehicle. In addition, it has a nice, and modern looking dashboard and it came with a mp3 player as standard. The car ran nice, and it has a sporty look. The fabric seat covers are ideal for both hot summers, and winter days. The Optima has a manual speed changer if you desire, and drives quiet in the city or highway. It has a cruise control feature that is a great addition for long trips.
Pros
Some of the pros include electric windows, door locks, and seats. It also comes with a 4 cylinder engine, and automatic transmission which responds quickly. I really like that repair parts are easy, and affordable to get, and regular maintenance is cheap. The trunk is spacious, and the back seat can seat 3 people comfortably. It has a modern look, so people always confuse it for a newer model so that is a plus.
Cons
Cons for my vehicle are minimal, perhaps that the paint can chip or rust easily with snow contact. After some years of use I have noticed a slight decrease in miles per gallon, so it's not as efficient as it once was. The standard suspension can create unbalance in the front two tires. Other than that, I would say that the mp3 player can be delicate, and skip music if going too fast over a street bump.

2013 Kia Sportage - H And H Kia Omaha
Dave Holmes sold my parents their 2012 Kia Sedona and gave them an amazing deal and worked with them through all the paperwork and kept constant contact with them to make sure their purchase went perfectly. I was so impressed by it I got my 2013 Kia Sportage from H&H Kia and have loved it so far. Dave Holmes is amazing!
2014 Kia Rio - H And H Kia Omaha
I was able to do almost everything online and really just had to go in and pay for the car and drive it off. I really enjoyed the low hassle approach. They are also very close to where I live
