The 2008 Kia Sportage is an average car in every sense of the word. This smaller SUV definitely drives more like a car than a truck, which is nice if you like that sort of thing (which I do). Despite its size and decent engine, it doesn't have a whole lot of power to it. All the features inside the car are adequate, and nothing will really wow you there. All in all, the car is fine for getting from A to B and maybe carrying some stuff while you're at it.
