Simple elegance.
Made a purchase through the help of a broker. Had Lexus cars before, a GS 300 and an LS400 that were both showing their age. Looked at the ES model and some features that brought some comfort from the older LS model. For an entry level mid sized sedan, it had all the features and perks of a full size. Sleek look, smooth handling and little comforts. It's not fun in the sense of, say a BMW, but the driving works fine, the mileage is an improvement over my previous car and the price was just right.

Went to test drive and no pressure at all, just got the model we wanted and drove it. Afterward just gave us card and brochure and asked to get back to them if they were interested. Then found that location took part in Costco purchasing program and selected car and was quoted price via email with no negotiation. Really easy and painless.
