Our salesman, Marc, was outstanding and put in the extra effort to show my parents how to use the navigation system on their new RX 350, an hour and a half past closing. Plus, they traded in my mom's 2005 ES 350, without even having her car present, and went to pick it up two days later from our house in Homer Glen, IL. Also, the sales manager, Willie, was fabulous and helped me with my trade in and gave me an excellent warranty on my ES 350.
