Reasonable to negotiate with, helpful with questions involving technological aspects of the car, dealers did not aggressively pursue, and quick service for repairs. Most of the staff are professional and do not fumble when asked questions. Most of all they just had better prices than some of the other ones in the area.

It's a nice facility with high end service. The people were friendly and were generally easy to negotiate a price. The location isn't far from my house. The had good maintenance service.
