Love the extended warranty that came with the vehicle. It is nice to know you will have no repair costs until 2020. The ride is extremely quiet and comfortable. We took a 8,500-mile trip and could have never have done it in our Ford Escape. Sound system is excellent as are all the electronics that are available. We were hesitant to spend the money, but it was well worth it as we have no complaints at all about this vehicle.
