It was really just the proximity to my house, about a mile down the street can't beat that. I have gotten my car serviced there and the staff is friendly and helpful. There were no issues with the service, everything went as planned. They could probably use more employees, it is a busy area with lots of Mazdas, this is shown in their limited flexibility for scheduling.

Berglund offers very competitive prices, and a great selection. However, although this is the most important thing I noticed that sets Berglund apart, it certainly isn't the only one. Also, Berglund offered me complete in-house coverage for repairs. This means, if my car were to break down I would be able to take it back to Berglund to get it fixed. This is a great amenity!
