So far the Mazda 3 has stood up to quality standards that others have harped upon. Even though the sedan isn't as expensive or flashy as the more expensive brethren like BMW or Mercedes it adds little comforts that give it some elegance. So far the fuel economy and performance has been outstanding. Even in the slippery conditions, the ABS kicks into action and prevents slippage. The climate control and center console take time to get accustomed to, but once you are comfortable it becomes second nature. The only bad thing I have issues with are the noise road levels. The tires hitting the road echo throughout the car during drives. New tires may resolve the issue. More to come on that. Otherwise, no complaints and the car handles smoothly throughout.
Story
I guess the only fun thing is driving through the streets getting the occasional glance and also watching other cars of the same make and model. That's when you know you have a grin on your face and made a good decision. Many others like you can't be wrong on the decision.
Pros
My top positive things about the vehicle was the handing. This was unexpected in the car before. It responds smoothly and crisply on sharp turns and is a great fun to drive. My favorite feature is the technology in the car. The heads up display features seamless Bluetooth communication and the bose audio system smoothly cranks out the sounds. Very fun car to listen and drive.
Cons
My one negative thing was the road noise during driving. I am hoping this is remedies with a new set of tires which will help dampen the sound.

While the Mazda 3 is an absolute joy to drive and handles very well, it may not be the perfect car for every situation. If you plan on taking long trips, prepare to pay a hefty bill at the local tire shop within the month. The rear camber is non-adjustable to improve handling on curves but causes interior wear on the rear tires. The leather interior and heated seats are sturdy foam underneath, comfortable to sit in, and the front seats (not so much the rear) offer plenty of leg room if you aren't too tall. The floors are carpeted nicely with Velcro access panels, through the carpet to get to the audio wiring for when the amplifier inevitably fails. The vehicle handles very well, as expected from a brand dedicated to the driving experience. Even with a load of materials in the trunk of... (more)
Story
Pulled the parking brake during the first snow of the year and did a perfect figure eight in our empty parking lot.
Pros
Good build quality. Handles like a dream. Hatchback model offers more room for cargo. Good stereo with Bose option. Interior looks nice and has a cockpit feel.
Cons
Sunroof seals leak over time. Rear camber is too aggressive. Tiptronic transmission is sometimes slow to respond.

They had a huge selection of Mazdas and the one I wanted was manual stick shift. I was referred by my mother in law who sells newspaper ads for local car dealerships.
