2006 Mercedes-Benz C-Class - My cherry red C230.
When I purchased the Mercedes Benz C230, I was attracted to the color and body style of the car. I had an appreciation for the sleek, clean and simple design. I also like the details of the vehicle, such as the brakes and calipers and the look of the rims. The interior was a very clean black on black, which was gorgeous at night. The windows had tints which gave the vehicle a mysterious yet classy look. The only con for me was the space on the interior. I would have liked to have had more space in the back seat for passengers who rode in the vehicle. As far as a driving vehicle, the C230 had a vey smooth ride and great pick up speed. It was quick around corners while maintaining a stable handle as far as the drive train. The maintenance was expensive but well worth it as these vehicles... (more)
Story
I remember driving to Las Vegas in my C230, and it was a great, comfortable and enjoyable ride.
Pros
My favorite features were the color and design of the vehicle. I liked the look.
Cons
The maintenance package was somewhat expensive. The leg room in the cabin for passengers in the backseat was somewhat restrictive.
2006 Mercedes-Benz C-Class - My great Benz.
Mercedes-Benz has done all the right things to the C-class recently. With chassis tweaks and engine upgrades, it turns the junior exec into a very attractive proposition. But despite the carefully conceived changes, there still remains some big weaknesses in the four-year-old C-class’s line-up, and one of the most obvious is the supercharged 1.8-litre engine used in the mid-range C230 Kompressor. A long-time staple of the C-class range, the blown four-cylinder is endowed with considerable mid-range urge, but its coarse operation is very much at odds with the car’s otherwise cultivated character. No surprise then to finally see it being set aside for Mercedes-Benz’s excellent new 2.5-litre V6 petrol engine. The four-valve-per-cylinder power plant forms part of a new range of engines tha... Story
I remember racing a Ferrari at the light. I got dusted, but it was very memorable.
Pros
Many luxury and safety-oriented features. It has pleasing power from the C350's V6 engine.
Cons
Small backseat, ordinary cabin furnishings, only available as a sedan, and often more expensive than its competitors.

2009 Mercedes-Benz M-Class - Mercedes Benz Of Escondido
This dealership is conveniently located near the freeway on a hill. Upon driving up to the dealership, I was instantly greeted by an associate. They let me test drive any vehicle I wanted. After checking my license and insurance I was test driving a vehicle within 5 minutes of arriving. I was not rushed into purchasing the vehicle and they encouraged me to test drive others.
