I have nothing but positive things to same about CarMax. I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from there. And will be using them for my next purchase. Since I know I have 7 days to test the vehicles and bring it back if I have any problems. I have not problem, going to their showroom and picking out the vehicle that I want. I get pre-qualified before I get there. I don't like to test drive. To me that is a waste of my time. In 10 minutes the car/truck is not going to breakdown or have any problems. I like to purchase my vehicle. Take it home. Ride and drive it for my 7 days and enjoy and see all of my pros and cons. CarMax is a one stop shop for me. And I can't see myself going anywhere else.

As soon as I walked in with my fiancé, we were welcomed and they paged the car salesman that we had spoken with on the phone. The man was very cheerful and excited to see us, we came in with the intention to leave with a new car that same day. We had done our research beforehand and wanted to just buy the vehicle without test driving it, the salesman refused to just start the paperwork processing and recommended that we test drive the car first. He was honest and courteous and we received the best deal possible.
