Classically styled car. I loved the contrast of the black paint matched with the tan leather and brown woodwork. Most comfortable car I have owned. The leather seats were heated and had fine tuning adjustments for the perfect comfort levels. The sun roof also provided an extra level of comfort and luxury. The best part about the car was how quickly it accelerated and how fast and smooth it rode. I felt extremely safe and comfortable while driving. Another great part of the car was its spacious trunk. I could lay all of the seats flat and store surfboards and other large items. The only downside to this car was how much maintenance was required. Mercedes mechanics are expensive and special parts were required. I would buy this car again in a heartbeat, and I really miss driving it.

Provided me an excellent service. The buying process was excellent. I have not seen an efficient dealership like the House of Import before. I walked-in made the deal, they took care of the paper works, send the car to the cash wash, and I was out the door in less than one and half hours. The dealership provides free snacks and pastries on weekends for the people waiting for their car to be serviced. The waiting room is always clean and with free WIFI internet access. The car wash is always free for all Mercedes Benz cars regardless of the year. My E350's automatic transmission broke with less than 2000 miles on it. The House of Imports in Buena Park provided me every possible accommodation to make up the technological glitch that came with the car from factory. I was given the same model car as a loaner and they were always calling to give me some useful insights about the status of the car. I will always recommend this dealership to my friends and relatives.
