My Mini Cooper is an extended version. It has three doors, the passenger side has "suicide doors". I really enjoy that the Mini is a manual six speed, it is super fun to drive and has very tight handling. I also like the fact that it has very good fuel economy compared to other cars; I average about 30 mpg. My mini has two sunroofs and the back one does not back up all the way, it only cracks open. It has racing stripes painted on and the side mirrors are interchangeable. One thing that I think needs improvement in the Mini Coopers is that it is a very rough ride on poor roads. You can feel every single crack of the pavement. It is even worse on pavement with potholes. They really need to introduce better suspensions to the Mini Coopers. All in all it is a very luxurious ride which I w... (more)
Story
A Mustang pulled up to me at a traffic light and indicated that he wanted to race off of the light. My mini has an integrated turbo engine which the driver of the Mustang not expected. Fair to say I got off the light way faster than the Mustang.
Pros
It is a Manual Six Speed. I enjoy the sunroofs, heated seats and fuel economy. It is a "big small car". Even though it is called a Mini it is very roomy in the extended version.
Cons
Very bumpy ride, needs better suspensions. It also bothers me that the second sunroof only cracks open and does not fully open up.

From the moment I drove my Mini Cooper off the lot I have been in love with it. My previous car was a Mini Cooper, and I didn't think I'd find another car I loved as much. I was wrong. The gas mileage is excellent, the handling is fabulous, it drives well in inclement weather, and it is surprisingly spacious.
Story
Took my car camping in the Outer Banks and she was the perfect mode of transportation. Handled well on the beach and fit snugly on the ferry.
Pros
This car is sporty, fun, fast, and practical.
Cons
The dark leather seats get very hot in the summer.

The Mini Cooper Countryman is a joy to drive. It is a small SUV that does not feel like an SUV. My car has 4 doors, leather seats. folding mirrors, heated seats, dual sunroof, automatic/manual transmission with paddle shifters, navigation package, sport package and many more awesome accessories. The car is small and fun to drive. My friends that ride in the car with me or drive it for the first time are always surprise of how much space they have. The back seats lay down to make more room to transport large items. The car is very responsive and fulfills my need of speed. There is no hesitation on take off and it picks up speed extremely fast. It handles curves like a go cart and it breaks on a dime. My car travels well and is very comfortable for long trips. Gas mileage is 29 city 33... (more)
Story
We frequently take quick trips to the beach with our dog and have no issues. Even the drive to work everyday is fun because I take the back winding roads. I plan to take it to the mountains in NC this spring and run it on the dragon.
Pros
My favorite things about this car is the way it handles curves and the pick up and go.
Cons
The only thing bad about this car is that it does not have a remote start..
