They didn't pressure me to make a buy when I was browsing around. What I really enjoyed was that they had know how about every car and were able to guide me through all the choices. The wide selection was probably my favorite thing about the dealer. No matter what kind of car I was looking for they had it and were able to show me different models. Finally, hey worked with me on prices which made the entire experience not feel like I was signing my future away.

From the moment we set foot in the dealership, they treated us like friends. They didn't lay pressure on us to purchase a vehicle and they were more than happy to answer our questions and try to find vehicles in their inventory that would fit our needs. When we selected a used Outlander Sport, they walked us through the features and allowed us to take an extended test drive with the car seat we needed to attach. When we decided to purchase the vehicle, they didn't push us to purchase any additional protection, but rather just walked us through the options available. This is perhaps the only dealership I've walked into where I don't walk out feeling like a victim. They're laid back and approachable. A refreshing change.
