Used Nissan Altima for Sale in Irving, TX

The salesman Tony, was really patient with us. He genuinely wanted to help us find a car we would like that would fit our budget. Our first experience there had not gone so great but he completely changed my perception of this dealership. He gave us lots of space to talk through our financials and even let me use his phone to call another David Mcdavid Honda store in Fort Worth to check on a car I was really more interested in. He might have lost us to the other location and even so he was extremely helpful. In the end, they were able to take our car which had almost no trade in value and give us enough for trading it in to get our monthly payments where we needed them to be. I did not feel pressured or nervous at all which was a first.

They had knowledgeable salespeople. Their facilities were very clean They gave me good and fair deal They had a large quantity of vehicles They took my trade-in even though it was not running

All of the sales people that I encountered were very nice and quick. They found me the exact Nissan that I wanted.

This dealership was not at all great and I wouldn't recommend. The finance department is sneaky and a borderline scam.
