2002 Nissan Altima - Altima
I've had this car since 2005. Now, over 14 years later, with regular maintenance, it still runs as good as it did when I first bought it, and I bought it when it was already a few years old.
Story
Driving to Florida in it with a few friends. We drove from Arizona to Florida in this vehicle not four years ago. I remember my friend had her daughter in it, and she knew the words to a song by the band Deftones. I had a great laugh at seeing such a young girl singing what is basically a metal song.
Pros
This car is extremely reliable, provided you take the proper care of it. With regular oil changes and keeping up on things like the plugs and wires, alignments, basically light maintenance, this car should maintain reliable for decades to come. The gas mileage is also very good. I am able to get close to 30 miles per gallon in the city.
Cons
Foreign made, which, for me personally, makes it a bit harder to work on. Plus, I like to support the American economy by buying domestic product when possible. Also, seems to develop a power steering fluid leak fairly easily. I think this is more of a problem of this individual car then the type of car.
2005 Nissan Altima - Quality at its best
This vehicle is a little bit more pricey than your average 4 door, but it is well worth it. The Altima has a timing chain instead of a belt, so the lifespan is tripled. This vehicle has 170000 miles on it, and it stills drives smooth as glass. The parts are abundant, and the engine gives you a more horsepower than you would expect. All in all this vehicle is very worth the extra money.
Story
I swapped out the cab lights with blue led lights, and drove down the highway at 2 in the morning blasting rushes "tom sawyer". Good times...
Pros
Fast
Easy maintenance
Timing Chain
Gas mileage
Cons
Small size
Flimsy handles

1997 Nissan Altima - Allstate Auto Sales And Leasing Tucson
Working with this dealer was easy. He really knew his inventory and was able to give detailed information on the vehicles I looked at. The process was very smooth overall. There was only one small disagreement during the process that the dealer and I quickly reached a compromise on.

Customer service was relatively exceptional as they answered every question, and if they did not have the answer, they would verify with their manager in order to ensure that they were giving the proper information to me, instead of giving me what they thought was the correct answer.
