Used Nissan Pathfinder for Sale in Wichita, KS

Everything about our Pathfinder is "pretty good," although nothing is exceptional. Really, the purchase was based on the fact that every thing else of a similar size was more expensive, so this review revolves around the value compared to other similar vehicles. The ride is fairly comfortable, and the handling is adequate, considering the size of the Pathfinder. The engine has more than enough power for driving anywhere, and tow capacity is 5,000 pounds (which we have never tested). I rented a similar model that had the back-up camera system, and it was great (I wish ours had that option).

This was the most affordable vehicle with an adult sized third row seat. Comfortably seats my family of six, although there could be more cargo room. The 3.5 has plenty of power across the RPM range and never feels insufficient. Handling is definitely not sporty, but it is acceptable in the twisty hills of MO. There have been transmission recalls and even a class action law suit, but our transmission has been rock solid. On the bright side, Nissan has extended the transmission warranty to 84 thousand miles. So far we have 30 thousand miles on our Pathfinder with no real issues. If this car continues on the way it has been, it will be a very fine car for us. I haven't decided whether to buy a camper to test the 5,000 pound towing capacity on this rig.
