I bought my Nissan Rogue when I found out that my wife was moving in with me from our country of origin to the United States, so far, this car has been the best decision I have ever made. It gives me very good fuel efficiency and it is also very roomy on the inside without feeling overwhelming like a truck, the trunk space is more than enough for all of our needs and I mention that there is room to grow because we are now looking to start a family and it provides enough room and safety features to accommodate our growing family. The sound system is really nice, too loud for my wife who constantly lowers the volume when we ride together, also fuel efficiency is very good, it gives me around 28 miles per gallon, I've also been very lucky because I bought it with only 11,000 miles and so ... Story
Once my wife and myself were driving to a hardware store and parked outside, when we got out we noticed an older couple trying to get in our car, when I approached them it turned out that they had the same color and make of car but they had parked a couple of spots away, we had a good laugh about the whole situation.
Pros
The sound system, the fuel efficiency, safety features, very roomy on the inside but small enough on the outside to be maneuverable.
Cons
The rugs get really dirty specially in the winter, and it is difficult to get the salt out of them, I've had issues with the tires but it was mostly the road itself.

I have owned a lot of Nissan cars, but the Rogue was the biggest disappointment of all. The car itself is roomy enough and has a decent sized back end. The seats fold down and you can haul quite a lot. It seats five, but four comfortably. I really haven't had any major mechanical problems other than weird noises and sensor lights that won't go off and seem to appear for no reason. But, my biggest complaint would be visibility. The back window is too small and the side windows are all somehow located in blind spots. You just cannot see out of this car. It is extremely dangerous when trying to switch lanes. I am not sure why it was designed this way, but I know other Rogue owners who have the same complaint. I just never feel safe in this car.
Story
My husband and I go to the beach every weekend, so this has become our beach car. There isn't a place in it that doesn't have sand, but that's ok because that's our favorite place to be.
Pros
The car has been pretty reliable. It's a nice looking car, overall. Mechanically sound and drives well.
Cons
The top negatives are horrible visibility in this car with multiple blind spots and a small back window. Rust issues underneath the carriage, but probably expected since I lived in Chicago for many years. Salt is a killer. Sensors go off a lot for no reason and suddenly disappear. Not a lot of bells and whistles in my car but it gets me where I need to go.

They had the best price for the car I was looking for. I had spent about a week on the telephone talking to all five local Nissan dealerships. The gentleman I worked with at Bill Kay was honest, did not run me around, and alerted me to possible scams that the other dealer may try to pull on me. In one specific case, he was absolutely right. He and I both knew that the dealer's job is to get me to come to the dealer so they can work on me. He understood that I understood that, and decided to work with me instead of against me. In the end, this won him my repeat business. On a side note, do everything on the phone for about a week, calling the dealers multiple times a day and returning phone calls. Beware of the line "come in and let's talk about it. " Do not go to a dealer unless you ha... (more)

My mom's car's headlight wasn't turning on and they fixed it. The guy I talked to had a good attitude. Surprisingly, they only took a few hours, even though it was an electrical problem. They called me when they finished and their price was fair I'm pretty sure. The whole process was really easy and they didn't ask a lot of questions even though it was my mom's car not mine. Overall, a very positive experience.
