I had a very knowledgeable salesman who was willing to go the extra mile in every aspect of the sale. He initially offered a test drive, which went fantastic. He then went on to mention the various perks of the car I was purchasing, and offered a sales warranty that extended as long as he was employed there. Turns out he sends me emails periodically, checking how things are going with my car, and myself. Very good experience.
