The Subaru Ascent is a three-row, seven-seat vehicle. It has a nice interior and a large array of safety features. It still sits low to the ground, it is narrow and there isn't a lot of storage space, and despite the claim for the largest number of cup holders in a vehicle they are almost universally inconveniently placed.

I have had the vehicle for a little less than a year, and although I wish I had a few of the feature that are on the newer models such as the lane change detection and such, it's been a great vehicle. My sister was driving the vehicle and got into a horrible accident, and the side airbags deployed and saved her life. So I am now getting the newer model with more of the features I had originally wanted. It's reaffirming that I got the right vehicle in terms of safety.
