Not worth the trouble.
I bought this car because it seemed to fit my lifestyle and was told by the dealer that they last a very long time. The 2010 Subaru Impreza is the best car if you live in the snow or dirt. But for day to day commute, it is not worth the trouble. Made mostly inside of cheap materials, from the cheap sound system and plastic interior, the only thing of value is the all-wheel drive system. Unfortunately, that part is under the car.

Impreza great first car.
I bought (or financed to buy) my Impreza while I was in college. I've had it for almost 9 years, and it's traveled with me short distances to friend's houses and very long distances across the country. Currently, my car has over 125,000 miles and is still going strong. The car has a smaller build and is very easy to control. One of the benefits of buying a Subaru is that all (but 1) of their cars has all-wheel drive, which helps with ease of control in steering and maneuvering. The style of the body still feels very contemporary, even as an almost 9-year-old car. The interior is cloth, and this has started to become harder to clear. I have a dog, and the hair is very difficult to get off the seats. The fuel economy isn't as great as other cars -- it's about 19 mpg city and 24 mpg hwy. This is partially due to the car having all-wheel drive, which I consider a benefit overall. The fuel tank is rather large -- almost 16 gallons, so I can go a while without filling up the tank. I don't have to make too many trips to the gas station. This car has travelled from San Diego, CA, all the way to Atlanta, GA, and seen the whole south with.

I really enjoyed going to buy my Subaru from this dealership. They threw in a lot of add-ins like all-weather mats. The young man who sold me my car was really good and attentive. I liked that his father worked there and I could easily detect the vibe of the family atmosphere that was there.

This dealer provided an honest and open environment when I was looking for my latest car. Their sales staff was incredibly helpful and were prepared for every question that I had for them. Follow-up maintenance on my Subaru has been performed by them and their staff has always treated me with respect.
