Used Subaru Impreza for Sale in Utica, NY

I bought this car to be used as my daily commuter car in the countryside of Upstate NY. I needed a reliable car that could handle 80 miles each day, in some of the nastiest winter weather in the Northeast. My little Subaru Impreza does not disappoint. It is good on gas, averaging 27 mpg, which is great for all wheel drive. In the winter, the AWD performs extremely well, and I can travel through 6" of snow up steep hills and know that I am going to get home all right. The engine purrs like a kitten after 10 years, and has needed little or no maintenance. I need to replace the muffler about once a year, and brakes a little less often, but I believe that is more a consequence of NY winter weather and road salt, and miles driven, than the fault of the manufacturer. I enjoy the performance of this car and I like how it handles. It has a very comfortable ride. The engine has plenty of power and spunk and the steering is very tight. The Impreza is the smallest Subaru on the market, and as such it gets great gas mileage, great for commuting long distances. Some people might find it not roomy enough. I have no regrets about buying this car. In fact, I have become a big fan of the Subaru brand and am planning on getting another when the time comes.

This car is reliable! Subaru AWD will push through even the toughest snowstorms. The controls are all simple and easy to use, unlike some cars with the climate control built into the stereo. How cold do you want it? Blue. How much air do you want coming out of the vent? Fan level 3. Do you want to defrost? Simply turn the knob. The stereo could use some updating, but fortunately it is easy to replace. Keep up with regular maintenance and this car will last forever. bought it used 5 years ago, currently has over 100k miles with not a single unexpected issue (knock on wood). Highly recommend Subaru as a brand
