The Subaru legacy is an interesting car. You've probably never owned something like it. the engine is a boxer engine and not many engines are like this. this means the pistons are moving horizontally rather than vertically. This unique design will reduce vibration and give you something interesting to work on if you are an auto nut. I loved this car from top to bottom. I only wish it had a manual transmission. It had FWD which I hear is rare for Subaru's. Most are AWD. I consider this a positive because this means less things can go wrong. There was tons of cargo space since it was a wagon. You could comfortably camp in it or haul branches and a lawn mower if you are in to that sort of thing. While the boxer engine may be interesting to some it could also be seen as a negative since not many other cars on the American market have an engine like that. if you specialize in that type of engine career wise you may be Boxing yourself in. no pun intended.
