We had a pretty good experience here. We came in right when they opened on a Saturday morning, and as per usual, salesman were in the parking lot scouting for cars driving in, so we were helped immediately. We had a car in mind we knew we wanted to see, so we didn't waste time doing any useless dancing around for cars we had no intention of getting. When we took it for a test drive, we loved it so we went inside to do paperwork. We being, my husband, four year old daughter, and myself. Our salesman was very nice, and polite. He wasn't too pushy, and he was understanding of our budget and what we were able to do with what we had. Finally about an hour later we met with the finance manager department, and this was the only time I became annoyed. He was extremely pushy on us getting extra protection plans, etc. My husband kept telling him no (to get the manager to get us lower rates) and finally he did. You can't feel bad about playing salesperson to a pushy salesman. Anyways, after signing papers, we were out in less then two hours, which isn't bad considering the car we bought a few years previous took about four hours to complete everything. Every dealership is going to annoy you to an extent, the trick is to find one that annoys you least, and this one was pretty good.
