Fantastic dealer. I bought my Subaru Outback in 2004 and Bergstrom has been great about helping me keep it running well for the past 10 years. When I replace this car, I will definitely do it at Bergstrom.

Somewhat willing to negotiate on price even though they were initially hesitant based on their smart pricing. They had a nice inventory of vehicles. The dealership had good customer service and were willing to make a deal. Good selection of beverages while customers were waiting. Would go there again to make a vehicle purchase.

This is an excellent, good looking, reliable and fuel efficient car. It has room for a family of 3 and a dog to travel comfortably. It also handles very well in snow and icy conditions. The only minor issue is that there are no vents in the back seat, so it gets a little warm when sitting in the back during the summer. Otherwise, this car has gone over 100,000 miles with very few problems. I love my Subaru and I recommend it to anyone and everyone who asks (and even some who don't ask).
Title
We now live in a rural location with gravel roads. Some seem like walking paths in the woods, barely considered a road. We have traveled many gravel roads without any issues, and the only other vehicles I see out on these roads are trucks. But the "Suby" can handle it easily.
Pros
My favorite features are the safety features, especially in winter driving. It has 2 very easy to access pedals near the steering wheel to manual downshift, making it easier and more comfortable for me to do so. It also is roomy enough to hold a lot of cargo including dog crate, a baby bed, travel stroller and luggage. It has exactly the features I need, with none of the extra bells and whistles I wouldn't use. It's fuel efficient, but still has power when needed.
Cons
There are very few negatives about this vehicle. The main one is that there are no vents in the back. So those who sit in the back get extra toasty in the summer, and extra cold in the winter. This wasn't a problem until I had a baby, and now I'm more sensitive to temperature fluctuations. Also, it's a little pricey compared to other 4 door cars, but well worth it.

Our Outback has treated us very well, and has provided excellent value in content for the price we paid. We will gladly purchase other Subaru products in the future, and will keep and maintain the Outback for many years.
Title
We have had good handling in heavy snows, tracking through 6+ inches on a number of occasions.
Pros
Over the two years and fifty-eight thousand miles we have driven our Outback, we have had an average of 27 miles per gallon, ranging from 23 in the winter (impressive, here in the upper Midwest) to 32+ on a few road trips. The integrated pet cage has also proven very useful, with our two large Labrador retrievers. In addition, the safety features included (blind-spot detection, lane-departure warning, and smart cruise control) help keep us and our family safe. The all-wheel-drive system has provided us with the most sure-footed winter driving package of any of our vehicles. Overall, the Ou... (more)
Cons
The latch points are a bit hard to reach, integrated in the interior of the rear seats.
