Nothing but a Subaru
This is my second Subaru Outback. My first one now belongs to my son and has approximately 150,000 miles on it. Ever since owning that vehicle, I have vowed to only purchase Subaru vehicles. My current Subaru Outback is more of the wagon style than my previous sedan. It allows me to fold one or both back seats down for an incredible amount of cargo space. As an avid camper, this is very important to me. I expect my Subaru to last several years and am happy with the way it has performed so far. I only wish I would have been able to get the larger engine. While pickup is sufficient, I grew accustomed to the 3.6L of my previous Outback. However, because of the smaller engine, I do get better gas mileage. I love the built in MP3, HD Radio and Satellite radio players. And the built in Bluetooth allows me to talk and text hands-free. This model also has a gauge showing you how efficient you are driving. I can increase my gas mileage even further by paying close attention to this gauge. In addition, the mileage calculator estimates how many miles I can drive on my current tank of gas. I have found this to be very accurate.

Very pleased, confident in the quality of the vehicle
2013 Subaru Outback 3.6L 6 cylinder. This is my first Subaru, and my first station wagon. This is the largest vehicle I have ever owned, but it handles pretty easily. Vehicle seems solidly built, so I feel safe driving. Powerful engine helps to keep up with city traffic, and handles off road driving well. Suspension also seems solid-as its has tolerated rough South Texas terrain pretty well. Being a 3.6 L 6 cylinder vehicle, it consumes more gas than I am used to, so I had to adjust to the added expense. Payments are also higher than I was used to, but this vehicle is the biggest, and has more features than anything I have previously owned. While it does have pretty good handling for a large car, especially a station wagon, the turns are pretty wide and took me biting a few curbs to adjust my driving. The stereo system is pretty good, considering that it is factory, and the Bluetooth system is pretty easy to figure out and operate. The button to operate the sun roof is not that user friendly. Also, the power windows get locked pretty easy by driver, or when the car has been sitting a while.

The dealership was honest, friendly and not pushy. I drove out of my way to go to this dealership instead of the one in the city where I live.

I had the best purchase experience from this dealership. No haggling about price and professional courtesy all the way.
