I drive a Tesla Model S, and it is, hands down, the best car I have ever owned.
Story
I always enjoy being at a stoplight next to a muscle car who acts like they want to race me off the line. They're three car lengths behind me within seconds of the light turning green.
Pros
The pickup on the Model S (because of the electric engine) is unbelievable. I can go from driving 45 miles per hour on the on ramp to the freeway to driving 75 miles per hour in the fast lane with almost no time elapsed. The car also has great features, like the 17-inch display with Google maps and an excellent navigation system. I know a lot of people have concerns about charging, but with the size of the battery, I have never found that to be an issue. I get almost 200 miles of range on a single charge, and how often do you drive 200 miles in a single day? So I drive all day, then re... (more)
Cons
I think the only negative thing about the Model S is the price. I would love to see more people be able to adopt electric vehicles, but the steep price tag is definitely a huge issue.

This vehicle was one of the first that I purchased for myself. I fell in love with Tesla's philosophy and wanted to do my part by driving an electric vehicle. The Tesla Model S is definitely not cheap, and you pay a hefty premium. However, I have driven the car for about 45,000 miles over two years, and mechanically, it has held up very well.
Story
This is one of the only cars where I've enjoyed just cruising and driving with sunroof open and windows down.
Pros
Maintenance is only sporadically needed. Fast 0-60 speed. Electric vehicle, no emissions. Love the styling of the car. Handles very well.
Cons
Very heavy. Prone to having flat tires. I have had to replace at least three tires due to flats. Electric vehicle charging takes a very long time in comparison to filling up at the gas station. For a full charge to about a 200-mile range, it would take anywhere from one hour to two hours at a Tesla Supercharger. At any other electric vehicle charger, it may take up to 6-8 hours. This is obviously not ideal for long road trips and such.

No commission. All Tesla representatives are there to help you order the car you want online. They show you choices for colors and fabric for the exterior, interior and tell you about options but with no pressure. You decide if you want the Performance model, Tech option and all are explained to you. As you go along you just plug into the computer what you want.

The service of this dealership was very impressive. At first I was skeptical like most dealership, they appear to be good but in reality when you get into it, you get to a point that you realize they are a lot of compromises, but not this dealership. Everything was handled the right way, from oil change to setting up appointments for checks. I did not have any problems with checkups right to this day with them and that makes it perfect for me.
