I didn't buy my RAV4 from here, but I do take it here to get basic oil changes and small details taken care of in terms of maintenance. Every time I've gone, they have been very polite and have a great sense of humor. I feel like they don't rip me off (which is a big concern since I'm a female!) and they know about cars to talk to me about my Toyota even though it's a Chevrolet based business. I really like and recommend them!

It's in a convenient location in town and they had fantastic prices on a type of car (hybrid) I never thought I would own. They also had a through-dealership loan/lease/whatever that doesn't charge interest whereas other dealerships went through a bank or third party that did have interest. Furthermore, they didn't try overly hard to "sell" me a car, they were just friendly and answered my questions and pointed things out to me.
