I was impressed with how friendly the sales staff were. My purchasing process, while not being totally low key, was comfortable enough and not drawn out. I used their financing, which was reasonable, but later refinanced with my credit union at a lower rate. Everyone in the dealership was friendly. And no one was particularly overbearing.
