I've noticed that some families tend to stick to one brand of car. My family is a Toyota family, and I wouldn't have it any other way. As my friends' cars have had timing belt problems, engine problems, and various other problems (for example, random parts just falling off), my car has had zero problems. The only slight inconvenience I've experienced was having to take it to a Toyota dealership to get a recalled part replaced -- but they did that for free and I had no indication that there was even anything wrong with it. My car gets great mileage! I don't think I've ever had a tank below 25, and it's not unusual for me to get over 30 in town. On the highway, I average anywhere from 34 to 37. This car is perfect for a college student. It's perfect for driving around town and driving ho... (more)
Story
I had to dig my car out from under 3 feet of snow in subzero temperatures -- and the engine still started!
Pros
The fuel economy of the Toyota Corolla is phenomenal. Despite it being almost a decade old, it gets over 25 around town and around 35 on the highway. In addition to the fuel economy, this car is reliable in cold temperatures, which is a must for where I live!
Cons
The CD player in my car doesn't work very well. You'd have to replace the stereo system with a newer one if you're an avid music listener.

The Toyota Corolla is the perfect first car. It is small enough to fit into any parking spot or driveway that is full of other cars. For a short person like me, I able to see out the back window when changing lanes. The Corolla also has great air conditioning that cools down the car quickly during hot summers. Its acceleration ability is great. It also has a small gas tank, so it is cheap to fill up but gets pretty good mileage.
Story
It is my very first car and I remember the first time I was able to drive my car to college and how exciting that was.
Pros
My favorite features are the air conditioning system and ability to accelerate quickly.
Cons
The only negative thing about the Corolla is its brakes are not the best.

The customer service was AWESOME! They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and didn't hassle me into buying something else. The process was smooth and painless. It was my first time buying a car and I will go back for others. I even had my sister buy her car there. Plus, we both haven't had any major problems with our cars besides the usual maintenance.
