The 2007 Toyota Corolla is an excellent car for the price and reliability. Despite the basic nature and underwhelming power of the vehicle, it will get you where you need to be with high MPG and high reliability. I've had mine for ten years and 180,000 on the odometer with very few issues. As long as you buy new and keep up with it to a relatively good degree, you won't be disappointed. In addition, compared to some of its contemporaries, there is a lot more room in the front seats for taller drivers, something that I, as 6' 1", really appreciate. The cost of the car (including buying gas) is one of the lowest on the market. If you are the kind of person that doesn't need a lot of flash or features, but want to get their money's worth, the Corolla is the way to go.
