Family hauler
The 2013 Toyota highlander is very versatile and reliable. We have driven ours for 50,000 miles and it has only needed oil changes and tire rotation. We love the option of a third row seat for versatility. It has navigated our Minnesota roads well in the winter.

Repair!
Oh my goodness! Although this car had the features that we wanted, and was nice to look at, the repairs have sent us over the edge. We initially purchased the vehicle to accommodate our expanding family, but have since regretted our decision. This car has cost us almost $5000 in repairs over the course of the last five years, and had it not been for the fact that we are close to paying it off, I don't know that we would choose to keep this vehicle. It has been a frustrating experience, to say the least. Looking forward to purchasing something less needy in the future.

They were with us the entire time, from test driving the car, to haggling and hashing out financial details, to making sure we felt confident about our purchase. Every time we have been back we have been treated like royalty. It's been a pleasure to work with them.

2013 Toyota 909
Personable, straight forward dealership. No heavy sales while browsing cars. Very fair pricing, both for my new purchase and for my trade-in vehicle. Allowed for independent test drive; described and demonstrated vehicle capabilities in a sales garage. Smooth and organized purchase paperwork process. Very clean and organized waiting area with free snacks, drinks, cable TV, and Wi-Fi.
