great, reliable car, love it!
The way this car is styled is very clean cut and comfortable. It looks very sleek and stylish. There's more than enough room for all passengers and the trunk has more room then I know what to do with. The car runs great without any noises and there aren't any major blind spots. It has only been in the shop twice outside of routine maintenance. All costs for the car were very fair. The Highlander is a lot of fun to drive. The acceleration is great for an SUV and handles like you are driving an actual car. I always feel safe driving the Highlander.

Rochester Toyota salespeople appear to be straight-forward and honest but best of all, not pushy. They don't employ scare tactics or empty threats of this vehicle being gone tomorrow. I have not had any personal experience with their service department but have heard positive reviews from others. In my opinion they also have an adequate selection of used cars, as well as new. Probably the best indicator of this being a good dealership is the face that they will be my first stop when I am ready to purchase a different vehicle and that I routinely recommended them to others.

The sales staff was very kind, professional, and helpful. They answered any questions I had about the warranty and the financial aspects of my loan, and if they didn't know the answer to one of my questions they found someone in the department who did. They didn't pressure me at all to purchase the car or to add on any extra features or get the extended warranty.
