This car is totally reliable. It's nothing too exciting; we see them all over town. But that's probably because it's a great dependable car in an affordable price range. Our car is over 10 years old with 150,000+ Miles and still running well. It gets decent gas mileage for its size and age (about 17mpg on average for city driving), it fits our family of 4 and a dog, and has additional 3rd row seating for the few times we need to give others a ride.
Story
Since we have bought this vehicle we have seen the same make and model (And color for that matter) all over town. Our son gets very excited every time he sees a car that is the same as ours.
Pros
This runs well and is a sure start every time. Fits our family and dog. Optional 3rd row seating.
Cons
Has a small engine oil leak that smokes. The cab is very noisy, it is difficult to hear music/radio over the road noise. Electric seat adjustment is VERY slow.

2016 Toyota Highlander - Very good, solid build, and reliable car.

It is one of the best cars I have ever owned. There is virtually no road noise. It feels very safe and sturdy. Even though it is a larger car, the turn radius is still very good, and I can easily U-turn if I need to. It has a lot of leg room, and the trunk is huge.
Story
There is some dirt tracks by where I live, and I went exploring after a big storm. Even though it was muddy and wet, I have no trouble navigating the rough terrain. Didn't get stuck one time and got a great experience checking out some new areas.
Pros
Very safe. Little to no road noise. It offers hands-free Bluetooth options already built in, so it is easy to pair a phone and use it quickly. I really appreciate the option of the third row, as we are a small family but have lots of siblings and other extended family that come visit. One of the things I really like as well is the option of the trunk cover. It is an apparatus that extends a canopy over the contents of the trunk. It allows me to cover (or simply shade) things I do not want to be exposed. Another favorite is the option to open just the trunk window, versus the whole trunk. I... (more)
Cons
The gas mileage could be better, but it is a larger, heavier car, so that is to be expected. The side mirrors are large, which is good, but if you are turning on an downhill street, you have somewhat of a blind spot from it.

There was no pressure to buy, the man showed us exactly what we wanted and didn't try and upsell us. They had the cars listed for what they were willing to sell, and respected that we had a price we were willing to pay and didn't make us uncomfortable.

I chose this Dealership because I have always had good luck with Toyota. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in the whole purchase process.
