The premises are always clean and inviting. There is also usually free food and drinks for customers. Most importantly, the service staff are friendly and do good work on my car. When I bought my car, the sales representative that I talked with was knowledgeable and didn't try to swindle me with hidden fees and extra costs. Lastly, it's great that the location of the dealership is close to my home.
