I love that the car gets really good gas mileage. I get about 42mpg in the winter and about 37 mpg in the summer. The car drives very quietly when your driving slowly or idling which is nice when your trying to make an order at a drive thru. I love that I have been able to take care of most of the maintenance myself, even the hybrid battery. One thing I wish could be changed is that if the normal 12 volt battery dies you can't open the trunk to get to it because the battery has to be working to be able to open the trunk from the outside. There is a trigger you can pull to open it if you climb over the back seat but it's inconvenient. The keyless entry works great unless the battery dies on the remote. Overall I would recommend this car to anyone.
Story
I once drove this car to the parking space in strawberry to hike down to Fossil Springs. I at first didn't think I would make it but I drove really slow and the car did just fine.
Pros
I was able to replace most of the parts and keep up on maintenance myself. I even fixed the hybrid battery by replacing the bad cells. Because it is a hatchback trunk and you can put the back seats down you can fit quite a bit in the car. It has amazing U-turns. Toyota actually recommends that you use regular unleaded gasoline which saves money plus the great gas mileage also saves money. I have never had any problems with the electronics of the car, like the windows or radio, etc. The rear view camera that it came with is one of my favorite things. I don't think I can live without it now.... (more)
Cons
The mats that were suppose to be on the floor had to be taken out because of the recalls Toyota had on there cars gas pedal sticking on them. So the car has never had a floor mat on the driver side. The other con was after 130000 miles the hybrid battery failed. Luckily I was able to fix it myself by replacing a few of the 28 cells that makes up the battery. But it was very difficult. It also doesn't have much pick up and go speed. It's a slow speed up especially in the summer when the battery has a hard time getting fully charged.

This car just works. The maintenance has been very easy. The major problems we've had were flat tires. The air conditioner is starting to have problems, but that's expected since we live in Arizona, and the heat is terrible. The A/C is running constantly, mostly the whole year round. We have driven the car to many far places and never had a problem. The dashboard is great. It has the most relevant data necessary to understand the vehicle and determine what to do. I especially like the Bluetooth option we requested with our model. In a vehicle, it is very important to have that for entertainment purposes with children. The best feature by far with the vehicle is the obvious gas mileage we get for the price we pay. We can get about 400 miles for a full tank of gas. A full tank of gas is ... (more)
Story
We drove this vehicle from Phoenix, Arizona to Provo, Utah. The trip was great, because we had all the features that made the trip comfortable. For example, we had Bluetooth for entertainment. Also, we had cruise control that made the drive easy. Also, the engine was powerful and able to control the speed when we drove downhill.
Pros
The gas mileage we get is phenomenal. Our favorite feature is we spend less money on maintenance compared to the other vehicles we have owned.
Cons
I hate the expensive maintenance procedures. For example, an oil change is about $70 compared to $30 for our other vehicles.

They listened to what our needs and wants were regarding the vehicle we wanted to buy. They didn't try to upsell us or show us cars that we weren't interested in. They didn't pressure and, although it took some negotiating, we ended up getting a great price for the truck.

Their website offered great insight about the cars that they had on the property. The price that they were asking was a good price for the model and year after comparing with other dealerships. Very friendly people from the start to finish and very accommodating.
