Bringing my car here to get serviced is always a super easy process. I never call ahead or anything--I just show up when it's convenient for me. I've never had a long wait, even when the waiting room is relatively crowded, because they're pretty efficient when it comes to getting to all their customers. All employees I've talked to while there have been friendly, and able to answer any questions I've had.

I couldn't find a dealer who carried a white 4WD Tundra CrewMax anywhere close to where I live. My father lives in South Mississippi and has always purchased vehicles from Estabrook. He called Brook and asked if he could find this specific style in the Tundra. It was almost unbelievable that they had the truck on the lot. The interior wasn't exactly what I wanted, but I didn't care because it had everything else. They went above and beyond to make sure that I got the truck. They really took care of me and I couldn't recommend Brook more. I flew down and bought the truck that week. Driving back was a pain, but it was worth it and I felt like I was treated very well.
