I am the only owner of this car. I get regular oil changes and maintenance. It has been extremely reliable in cold and warm weather and has never broken down or stranded me. It is gold and it has kept it's shine for over 13 years. It has even done well in some light off-road experiences as well as in snow and ice.

When we bought this van, we really enjoyed the DVD player and the power sliding doors. Both of these features were important to us as parents of very small children. However, the DVD player quit working almost immediately and is pricey to fix. Recently a cable snapped on our power sliding passenger door. This happened while just pushing the button to close it. After Googling the issue, this is a very common problem with the doors on this van. Many sites warned us that it is an over $1,000 dollar fix. They also warned that it would probably happen to the other side too. However, the van runs well, and we have not had to do too much maintenance to it.
