No pressure sales, especially since my wife and I used Truecar to get pre-approved. We only had to choose the vehicle we liked and then completed the paperwork. The dealership was very clean, and everyone we met was really friendly; especially our salesman, Gilbert Suarez (he was great!). The gentleman who completed our paperwork in the end was a fellow veteran, this was very comforting since we shared a common experience.
