Best vehicle I've owned.
This truck has been the most reliable vehicle I've owned. In the past I have owned Chevrolet and Ford vehicles and my Toyota Tundra has been the most reliable. In addition to the reliability of the Tundra, it was also very easy to work on. Changing my own oil and doing minor modifications like shocks, struts, and brake pad changes myself, has saved me quite a bit of money. The truck rides very smoothly, even smoother than my dad's Ford F-150. I have changed out the shocks and struts, but even with factory equipment, it has a smooth ride to it. The ability to tow items behind the truck has been a lifesaver. From boats to football equipment, it has bailed me out of a few jams. the interior cab of the truck is spacious and can easily fit 5 to take with the items that you are towing all over the county. The V8 engine has plenty of power to get you where you need to go for a daily drive and is rugged enough to carry the extra weight of passengers and thing you are towing.

My dream truck has not disappointed!
I purchased my 2006 Toyota Tundra SR5 eight months ago. I had been working as a Toyota car salesman and had just transitioned into working as a Toyota automotive technician. Needless to say, I got to know Toyotas pretty well and I liked what I saw. When I finally bought my truck, I was not disappointed in what I found. The body looks great. It is not over-sized like a lot of trucks these days yet its not small like a Ranger. The interior is roomy. I have the crew cab edition and there is plenty of leg room for four full grown men to be comfortable. The cloth seats are durable. My fat black lab can sit on the seats without leaving a scratch; the dirt brushes right off without leaving a trace. Above all the main reasons I like my truck is that is that it keeps my wife and me safe from deer. Where we live, they are everywhere. If I hit one in this truck, we will not be injured at all. The second reason is that it is reliable. During my time in sales I saw a few Tundras with over 300,000 miles!
