The dealer helped me select a car based on my needs. I wanted a Volvo, as SAAB was in a very uncertain situation, so I wanted a Swedish car that would have support for quite some time and Volvo is doing quite well, compared to the now defunct SAAB. He helped me select a smaller car that fit my needs and / or wants such as having a manual transmission and a 4 or 5 cylinder engine and a turbo charger. He was a good guy who didn't try to up-sell me something I wouldn't want or need. There was no pressure and the test drive was very relaxing. He introduced me to many of the features and even showed me how to connect my phone to the audio system. They were very professional and the dealership was very clean. Everyone was courteous and I have zero problems with trying to negotiate a price.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and didn't try to up-sell me a different vehicle or any useless extras. I really appreciated the fact they were willing to work with me on the price and even offered me coupons for some free maintenance.
