Safe, large, and comfy.
I chose to get a Pilot, since I needed a larger vehicle. It seats eight total, including a third row that easily folds down as needed. The vehicle is spacious and comfy and does not feel cramped even when filled to capacity. It passed crash tests with flying colors, which is important since I'm always driving people around. The ride is smooth, and Hondas last forever.

The salesman that we purchased from was the same guy we had used for a previous transaction. I believe we purchased my parent's car from the same salesperson. He was incredibly gracious and put the customer first. He was an old retired CHP officer, so he had some personable stories. He didn't pressure us at all and when we bought from him, he gave us a small sticker that we put on our license that he said would help get us out of tickets if we were ever pulled over by the CHP.

Jay was the dealership representative that helped me during my shopping trip. I was looking to purchase a plug in that I had heard they just received the day prior. It happened to be a fully loaded package containing specs that were preferable to my everyday needs.
