Solid and dependable.
This vehicle was a cash gift from my grandmother. It had over 100k miles on it before she gave it to me. It is now approaching 200k miles. The overall maintenance is relatively cheep. However the expensive part comes in with under the hood parts. Those parts can set you back a lot especially if you go through the dealer. The engine has always been relatively loud (even when brand new). The back interior is wide enough to hold 2 car seats with an adult also seated back there. The driver seat pulls forward far enough to accommodate someone who is extremely short (me) as well as someone who is slightly above average in height (my husband). It is supposed to use premium grade fuel but it has been running just fine on middle grade fuel. The trunk holds a full size stroller and leaves plenty of space to hold enough luggage for 4 people to travel for a week along with boxes of diapers and baby toys. Although most model years don't have this feature, this car has a sun screen that raises and lowers for rear view comfort. A con of this car is that the rear windows don't lower all the way down but that's a con for most vehicles. Another con is that the leather seats crack easily due to extreme temperature changes that are in my region.

A Mediocre Car
The car is very quiet. The radio is great, and the air/heat really pumps. It is big enough for my family and has great horsepower. It is good on gas and oil. However, the exterior of the car tends to get scratched easily. Whether I brush up against it, or someone is really close to my car and gets out of theirs, the paint easily scratches. I am tired of having to smooth it down and paint over it. I have over 100,000 miles. I have more than made up my money with this car. The paint and scratch issue is the worst. The next thing would be the doors having issues locking. It is a power-locking system. I have to reach in and unlock the doors, and this gets irritating. In fact, there are times when I manually try to unlock doors it still does not work! This is extremely aggravating. All in all, it is a good car. However, with the above two hang-ups, I would not recommend this car. It may be a good car to get around with, but is has major problems.

Great value
I was looking for a car that was cheap, safe, and would last me at least 2-3 years but not a commitment longer than that. I had found the Infiniti I30 for a great price, and the tires were new as well. It handles itself well in snow, gets great gas mileage, the interior leather is still in near perfect condition. For an old car, it was very obvious that its previous owners had taken care of it and maintained its value. Most importantly, it is a car I feel safe in and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a reliable, older car. Also, the trunk has much more space than I expected as well, as it goes deep enough that when I moved apartments, I was able to fit more of my furniture and moving boxes in the trunk than I expected. When I drive it, the transmission feels smooth and is never jerky, and when I go over potholes or bumps, they are not greatly felt by the passengers within the car. Overall, a great deal for the type of car I was looking for.
