BMW 1 Series Owner Ratings & Reviews

2016 BMW 1 Series - BMW 1 Series.
Good enough to make some 3 Series buyers think twice, the 2013 BMW 1 Series Coupe and Convertible speak to many BMW enthusiasts as well as younger buyers wanting an easier entrée into the joy of driving. And you can enjoy the 1 Series as aggressively as you care to, with an entry-level 128i offering 230 horsepower for around $32,000 and the new up-power 135is costing about $44,000 for its 320 turbocharged horses. Convertible variants across the line add the option of open-air motoring.
Story
While auto chases usually get all the recognition, there's a long, storied tradition of standout cinematic scenes that take place in automobiles. Hectically breakneck, casually absurd, or touchingly poignant, these moments recognize car interiors as a confined setting ideally suited for humor, suspense, philosophical debate, action, and symbolism about its passengers advancing to or retreating... Pros
Sleek design. A few nips and tucks have improved the look of the 1 Series, with the two-box, long bonnet and set-back cabin design improved by a new grille, lower apron and headlights subtly tweaking the car’s nose. Cabin fever. The interior of the 1 Series, as befits a premium model, is one of the best in the hatchback segment. All the materials are top-quality, with soft-touch plastics on all the major surfaces and some new cloth fabrics that look and feel like a lot of work has been put into their design and manufacture.
Cons
One common issue causing problems with BMW and other European autos is the use of plastic instead of more durable materials. Another issue is a huge amount of complex electronics. Long service intervals designed to lure new car buyers don't help either. Turbocharged models are typically more troublesome.
2015 BMW 1 Series - Solid, feature-rich car.
This is a great, well-built car, with many features that make driving the car every day an absolute pleasure. It is very solid, comfortable for long journey, and feels very safe. There are a lot of technology-heavy devices in this car, and they are the most complete/usable versions I have experienced. Previous cars had similar features, that just didn't work as well.
Story
Took it on a fairly long trip, that included filling the car with luggage, and taking a ferry, as well as lots of bridges and tunnels.
Pros
The handling is extremely solid. It is responsive, but easy to drive. The power steering has a very light feel, but I still feel as if I get a good feel for the road through the steering wheel. The fuel economy is surprisingly good. This car has a heads-up display, which is very useful for using the inbuilt GPS system. It has just enough valuable information for the next turn/action, and it is visible in your peripheral vision, without having to take your eyes off the road and look at the central screen.
Cons
The visibility is somewhat impaired in this car, by the fairly thick beams. The auto-stop/start function is somewhat erratic at certain times.

New York, NY Dealer Ratings & Reviews

2008 BMW 1 Series - Life Quality Bmw Brooklyn
This dealership is so great because their customer service is far superior to the rest. I feel that, based on the way they treated me, that they truly care about each and every single customer that they have, even if the customer does not want to buy a car and just find out information about a specific car. They are the best car dealership that I have dealt with in my entire life.
2017 BMW X5 M - Bmw Of Brooklyn
If you want a salesman who knows how to listen, doesn't pressure you with upselling and responds quickly come here.
