The cater to my needs and not theirs. Plain and simple. I was quite prepared to receive the sleazy car salesman tactics used trying to sell me everything under the sun but I was pleasantly surprised that it was a smooth process. I also think because I paid cash for my vehicle as well so many of the hoops were avoided altogether.
