The style quality of the car is favorable to other vehicles I have driven. In particular, the simplistic style of the car (the functionality, i.e., the switches on the steering wheel for electronic console indicators) which came with the base model of the car, was a positive attribute of the vehicle. From the initial purchase, there were several functionality issues (as well as service issues) with the car which led me to feel general unease towards the potentially "poor" build quality of the car. There was always a general recall for the vehicle over a faulty key ignition source. Generally, the vehicle has given me many problems over faulty parts.
Story
This vehicle has accompanied me through many fun journeys to local shows and venues. The general feel of the vehicle's "drive" is very smooth and the experience in the car feels a lot smoother than expected for a small car. Being able to get from my area to the venue area that I needed to in one full tank of gas is an important perk of owning this vehicle, as it is great on gas efficiency!
Pros
The vehicle style is simple and convenient. The size of the vehicle is generally larger than and more roomy than other vehicles of similar body styles I have driven. Gas conservation is a perk in this vehicle as it is a small, relatively compact car that is great on gas. Button placement in the vehicle is always convenient and non-cluttered. Trunk size was surprisingly larger than expected and always provided sufficient space for moving storage as I am an avid vintage equipment shopper and collector.
Cons
The vehicle interior seems cheaply built. The car seats are generally a bit too stiff, even for the base model of the vehicle. The air conditioning unit in these cars (specifically the 2010) model is known to have A/C issues. From the initial purchase of the vehicle, the air conditioning in the car failed and began expelling water. Car backseat seat belts seems cheaply made and break easily with moderate use. Another downfall is the lack of armrest (center console) for the driver in the front seat.

The 2007 Chevy Cobalt has been a great first car. I have had the Cobalt for the past three years and there has not been major issues with it. The car has good build quality. My Cobalt has a little over 170,000 miles and still running strong. I personally like the small engine because of the gas mileage that I get. The inside of the car looks good and is made up of high quality materials with good durability. It has a reasonable amount of space for being a compact car. Being my first car I was looking for something affordable and the relative low price of the Cobalt made it easy to own it. Overall the car has been great because it has proven to be reliable for a good price without compromising a lot of features that I was looking for in a car.
Story
One memorable moment using this car was when we took our 4 dogs on a trip to the river, we had a great time on the drive and when we finally got there we went for a swim.
Pros
My favorite feature about the Chevrolet Cobalt is the high mileage that my car gets. The most positive feature is that is the car is still reliable not having any mechanical issues. Another feature that I liked about the vehicle was it was affordable allowing me to purchase it cash saving me money by not financing the car.
Cons
The cons about these vehicle are the lack of extra features that are standard in new models for example power windows, Bluetooth and a rear view camera.

I would say by far the non pushy customer service reps. I loved my sales person he was nice and gave me all the details on the cars available. I took forever and that never seemed to bother him. A very good overall experience.
