2013 Chevrolet Cruze - Surprisingly Satisfied
When first purchasing my car I was a little hesitant because I have never owned Chevy before. After having in just a couple weeks I fell in love with my car. It gets great gas mileage, which is important to me because I commute 40 miles to and from work daily. Knock on wood, over two years later I have had no mechanical issues with the car. The only problem I have run into was flat tires, which was not the fault of the car or the brand. I would say the only issue I have run into is that because the interior is black, it gets very hot. And when using the A/C on high, it takes a while to cool off. But, that is a minor issue for me.
Story
We actually got to take my car down on a 9 hour road trip because it got the best gas mileage! It was a time I would never forget. Some of my closest friends, radio up, windows down, sunroof open. It was perfect!
Pros
I would say my top positive thing about my car is that the MPG I get when commuting cuts down on my cost tremendously. Driving over 80 miles a day takes a toll on the fuel tank, and this helps me make that manageable.
In addition to that, I love the interior - it's leather and beautiful. I have had it for over 2 years and the leather is not even gathering up. It still looks brand new which amazes me.
Cons
The black interior is really hard during the summer months because the sun beams down into the car and it can get really hot. I can just place a sun protector in the window, but it still heats up. Because the A/C unit isn't extremely strong, it takes awhile to cool off. And when I do run the air high, I notice that going up a hill takes a little effort on the engine.

They do not play games with their customers. They are very helpful and not pushy. Very clean place. They are locally owned which is great. They listened well to what I wanted and made sure that the car I bought was perfect for me and my family.
