2008 Chevrolet Impala - Reliable, Great on gas
My Impala has bee a great vehicle aside from a few minor problems. It has been reliable with little maintenance up until this point. The gas mileage that I get is great and it is spacious as well.
Story
I have taken it across the Southeast playing multiple shows. I put close to 75,000 miles on it in 3 years. It has been a great companion on long road trips by myself.
Pros
Sleek, efficient on gas, drives really well. Has performed really well in various climates.
Cons
Small things malfunctioning such as the rear defrost during winter. Also, that problem was apparently known by the manufacturer and nearly impossible to fix because it actually burned a piece within the passenger door.
2013 Chevrolet Impala - Needs improvement
Overall a good quality vehicle that ran very well but had several flaws inside that caused me to trade it in after a year, despite of its great performance.
Story
Didn't keep it long enough
Pros
The best features were the sunroof, leather seats and the seat warmers.
Cons
Gas mileage was low, there was not an iPod interface, the cup holders were so small that the driver and passengers had issues fitting cups into them and the backseat cup holders couldn't be relied on to hold anything, even juice boxes, in place. I grew so tired of cleaning up spills or holding on to cups while driving because they wouldn't fit in the holders that I quickly traded the car in. It wasn't worth the headache.

2001 Chevrolet Impala - Tom Bannen Chevrolet Madison
The staff was very knowledgeable. Not once did I feel 'hustled' or obligated to make any purchases. Every employee made sure all of my questions were answered. Not your typical car dealership experience- would recommend.
2013 Chevrolet Sonic - Chevrolet Of Morristown
The sales people were helpful and nice. They worked with our credit which wasn't great. Every time we have the car serviced there, the workers are polite and there is hardly ever a long wait. When they were remodeling, they even offered me a free key chain and hat for having to wait.
